Plaintiff Red Bank Regional Education Association and defendant Red Bank Regional High School Board of Education were parties to a collective negotiation agreement covering a unit comprised of the Board’s teaching employees. That agreement incorporated a grievance resolution procedure with binding arbitration as its terminal step.
