Appeal from a final order of the Municipal Court of the city of Hew York, ninth district,- borough of Manhattan, in a summary proceeding, denying the petition of the landlords for an order dispossessing the tenant -and the latter’s under-tenant.

On Dovember 14, 1902, the landlord entered into a lease in writing with Aaron A. Fishel and Abraham I.
