This case was tried on October 22, 1985 upon the complaint of William and Daphne Taylor (“plaintiffs”) seeking a determination that damages to their home resulting from certain work performed by the debt- or, William Otto Kaufmann (“defendant”), be declared non-dischargeable pursuant to either § 523(a)(2)(A) or § 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code. 1
