PRICE, Judge.

To an indictment charging him with robbery, defendant plead not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. His trial re-suited in a verdict of guilty and a sentence of twenty years in the penitentiary.

The State’s evidence was to the effect that Thomas Clyde Wright operated a Rooling Store for one W. N. Greenhill. On April 19, 1948, Mr. Wright drove the store over his regular route.
