Larry J. Bullock (“Bullock”) appeals from an order denying his amended Rule 29.15 motion to set aside his convictions for two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree under § 566.062. 1 This Court affirmed Bullock’s convictions on direct appeal. See State v. Bullock, 179 S.W.3d 413 (Mo.App. S.D.2005). Thereafter, Bullock filed a timely motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15.
