I. INTRODUCTION
On September 16, 2002, Atlantic Orient Corporation (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On September 20, 2002, the Debtor commenced this adversary proceeding against the Defendants seeking injunctive relief. On September 27, 2002 the Court held an evidentiary hearing on the Debtor’s request for a Preliminary Injunction.
