The parties will be designated as in the trial court. Joe L. Hill, plaintiff, filed this suit against the Utilities Natural Gas Comr pany, hereinafter referred to as Utilities, Clint W. Murchison, Sr., hereinafter called Murchison, Sr., Clint W. Murchison, Jr., hereinafter called Murchison, Jr., Wofford Cain, hereinafter called Cain, the Reserve Loan Life Insurance Company, hereinafter called Insurance Company, and John Dabney Murchison, hereinafter called J.
