MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENAS

This is an ancillary case to a foreign proceeding commenced by John C. McKenna and Gareth Howard Hughes (the “Joint Liquidators”), as the Joint Provisional Liquidators of Carolina Reinsurance Limited, (“Carolina Re”), a reinsurance company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda, with its registered office in Bermuda, and its principal place of business in North Carolina.
