Introduction
The Liquidators of Millennium Global Emerging Credit Master Fund Limited (the “Master Fund”) and Millennium Global Emerging Credit Fund Limited (the “Feeder Fund,” and together with the Master Fund, the “Funds”), two investment funds undergoing liquidation in Bermuda, have moved for an order compelling production of certain documents by BCP Securities LLC (“BCP”), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1521(a)(4) and Rule 2004 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
