The critical issue at Talib Watson's second trial on narcotics-related charges was whether Watson had a connection to a large stash of cocaine base and heroin found inside a burgundy Subaru automobile.1 Watson did not own the Subaru, nor did any witness or fingerprint evidence place him in the vehicle.
