ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

THIS CAUSE is before the court upon Del Monte’s motion for preliminary injunction (DE # 6 in Case No. 00-4000-CIV-SEITZ) to prevent the alleged misappropriation of trade secrets by Dr. Daniel W. Funk (“Dr.Funk”) and his employer, Dole. On October 20, 2000, Del Monte filed a one-count complaint against Dr. Funk and Dole alleging violations of Florida’s Uniform Trade Secrets Act, Fla.Stat. § 688.001 et seq.
