KAREN K. BROWN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is the motion for relief from stay filed by Continental Casualty Company (CCC) and the adversary proceeding filed by plaintiff/debtor Richard Gullett against CCC alleging violations of the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) and (h). In addition, debtor filed an Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order prior to the completion of the trial.
