This cause comes before the Court on the Parties’ Cross Motions for Summary Judgment. These Motions are brought on the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, PNC Bank, to Determine the Dischargeability of a particular debt owed to them by the Defendant/Debtor, Steven L. Laskey. (Doc.
