for the Court:

¶ 1. Yance Agent appeals the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief by the Circuit Court of Pearl River County. Finding no error, we affirm.

SUMMARY OF FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. On September 5, 2006, Agent pleaded guilty to statutory rape and was sentenced to fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with two hundred and forty-two days to be served in custody and the remaining fourteen years and one hundred twenty-two days to be served under post-release supervision (PRS).
