Following a jury trial, Ronald L. Atkinson appeals his conviction of one count of stalking, in violation of D.C.Code § 22-3133(a)(3) (2012 Repl.), and six counts of Violating a Civil Protection Order (CPO), in violation of D.C.Code §§ 16 — 1004(d), - 1005(g) (2012 Repl.). 1 Appellant contends that the trial court erred in three respects, each requiring reversal of his convictions: (1) the trial court committed reversible error when it failed to instruct the jury on the statutory definition for the term “course of conduct”; (2) the trial court issued instructions that…
