This is an appeal from an -Order of the ¡Court of Common Pleas .of the 41st Judicial District — -Juniata County Branch which held that a subdivision plan ¡submitted by appellant, Tusearora Forests, Inc., to the Fermanagh Board of ¡Supervisors (Board), appellee herein, was deemed to have been ¡approved as a preliminary plan as -set forth in the Township’s ordinances relating to ¡subdivision ¡of land.
