Sheila Blair appeals from her conviction for driving while intoxicated (DWI). She argues that her conviction should be reversed because the State failed to prove that she was driving a vehicle or that she was driving while intoxicated. Because an eyewitness identified appellant as the driver and sufficient circumstantial evidence proved that she was intoxicated, we affirm her conviction.
