The respondent, Carrie M. Hosford, is the widow of the deceased, John H. Hosford. Before her marriage to him she was a widow, and bore the name of Thompson. The appellants are his daughters by a former marriage. By an order of the probate court for the distribution of the estate, the respondent, the widow, was allowed to take in accordance with the statute, as though her rights were not affected by the antenuptial» contract hereafter to be referred to.
