We have two cases to review, both having been tried together below and so submitted here. Appellant in each case is the widow of one Ole A. Berg, deceased. The respondents are, in the first case, the administrator of the estate of said deceased and the latter’s children; in the second case the only respondent here is the administrator, defendant bank being a stakeholder only, and as such in no way concerned with regard to the outcome of the litigation.
