Defendant, Lawrence Chirlow, appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine in excess of 28 to 200 grams, in violation of La. R.S. 40:967(F) and possession with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of La. R.S. 40:966(A). Appointed counsel for Defendant has filed an appellate brief pursuant to Anders v.
