HSBC Bank USA, National Association, solely in its capacity as trustee for the ACE 2006-HE4 trust (the trust), brought this action against DB Structured Products, Inc. (DBSP) for breaches of representations and warranties DBSP made about residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) contained in the trust.
