John Schehr departed this life in Wayne county on September 12, 1869, leaving surviving him his widow,' Margaret Schehr, g,nd six children, his heirs at law. By his last will and testament he nominated and appointed Frank Nohe, Adam Betzing, and William Darmstaetter, of the city of Detroit, to be the executors of his last willj giving them full power and authority to sell, convey, and dispose of any and all personal and real estate of which he died seised and possessed, at such times, to 'such purchasers, and upon such terms as to the said executors should seem meet, whenever they should find…
