Per Curiam :

This is a suit bj plaintiff to recover additional freight charges on shipments of canned goods stored in transit and later reshipped to ultimate destinations on plaintiff’s lines. Trial Commissioner Herbert N. Maletz filed his report consisting of findings of fact and recommended conclusion of law on May 6, 1964. Thereafter plaintiff filed a notice of submission pursuant to Eule 62(a), defendant filed its brief and exceptions and, by leave of court, plaintiff filed a reply brief.
