¶ 1. We review a report filed by Referee Dennis J. Flynn, recommending that the court reinstate, with conditions, Attorney Godfrey Y. Mu-wonge's license to practice law in Wisconsin. After careful consideration we adopt the referee's recommendation. We agree that Attorney Muwonge met his burden under Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 22.36(6) to show by clear, satisfactory, and convincing evidence that he is currently fit to resume the practice of law, with conditions.
