I. Motion by plaintiff in error for a new trial. The plaintiff in error, Robert L. Case, was president of the Security Life Insurance and Annuity Company in the city of New York. He, with Isaac H. The court has given to the consideration of the several motions that have been made in this case all the time practicable during the period that has elapsed since the argument. The court listened with great patience, and it must be said justly, with pleasure, to the able and exhaustive argument of counsel upon the questions presented.
