Plaintiff-Appellant Nicholas Sytsema brought suit, by and through his parents, against the Academy School District for reimbursement for his educational expenses pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., (“IDEA” or the “Act”).
