The plaintiffs have moved this court to enter an order disqualifying the defendants’ attorneys from representing the defendants in this action.3 The plaintiff Greenleaf Arms Realty Trust I, LLC (GART) is a special purpose entity created by the plaintiff Bagliones to hold their 10.81% beneficial interest in a nominee trust—the Two Technology Drive Nominee Trust (the Trust).
