Appellant, Dr. Hal M. Roseman (Rose-man), contests the modification of a 1994 divorce decree from appellee, Shelley Ann Sackett (Sackett). Roseman claims the district court lacked jurisdiction to order him to replace the value of savings bonds belonging to his children which, without the knowledge of the parties, were cashed by Roseman’s mother just prior to the entry of the divorce decree.
