This is a fraud case. Defendants Liberty National Life Insurance Company ("Liberty National") and its agent, Vicki Cheatham, appeal from a $20,000 judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Lucille Sherrill. We affirm.

The following material facts were undisputed: On November 14, 1985, Vicki Cheatham went to the home of 64-year-old Lucille Sherrill and her 69-year-old husband, Luther Sherrill, Jr., and took an application for a $2,500 policy of life insurance from Mr. Sherrill, who was to be the named insured and owner of the policy.
