B.R. (Mother) appeals the termination of her parental rights to her daughter, A.A.R. On appeal, Mother claims that the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court of Grundy County1 lacked subject matter jurisdiction to terminate her parental rights because the juvenile court did not properly assume jurisdiction over this case since the juvenile officer’s original neglect petition was insufficient to vest the juvenile court with jurisdiction.
