Mrs. Lula Curry Porter brought an equitable petition against the State Mutual Life Insurance Company of Rome, Georgia, in Miller county. Service was made upon a named person as agent of the company. The suit was brought by the plaintiff to obtain an equitable accounting under a certain contract, judgment for the amount found to be due, injunction, receiver, and certain other equitable relief.
