Plaintiff Janis Bajraszewski was injured severely in an automobile accident in 2002 and has been receiving no-fault insurance benefits from her insurer, defendant Allstate Insurance Company, since June 2004. The benefits included reimbursement for the cost of 24-hour attendant care, which mostly has been furnished by her husband and other family members.
