HILL, Justice.1
John Lazenby appeals a summary judgment that he take nothing in this personal injury suit against his employer, HMT Construction Services, Inc. Lazenby, a Texas resident, was injured while working for HMT on a job in Delaware. He has received benefits from HMT’s Pennsylvania workers’ compensation carrier.
