This case came on for hearing on Nor-west Bank Grand Rapids’ motion for relief from stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d). Raymond C. Lallier appeared for the bank and Joseph G. Beaton, Jr. appeared for the debtors. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, and Local Rule 103(b). This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G).
