On February 20, 1974, a complaint was filed and served on the defendant alleging unprofessional conduct in the management and use of his clients’ trust account and calling for bar discipline because of such conduct.

The specific complaint against this attorney at law is that between December 29, 1971, and January 31, 1973, he issued 49 checks on his clients’ trust account, all of which were refused payment by the bank due to lack of sufficient funds.
