MEMORANDUM OPINION

BAILEY, Presiding Judge:

Advanced Medical Instruments and Vigilant Insurance Company (collectively Employer) seek review of an order of a three judge panel of the Workers’ Compensation Court affirming the Trial Court’s award of benefits for permanent total disability (PTD) to Ibrohim Keo (Claimant).
