This proceeding was commenced February' *51811, 1916, by the filing of a petition by John G. McDowell, the son of the testator.
On April 3, 1916, Boyd McDowell, one of the executors, filed an account setting forth in detail all the transactions had by him with reference to the estate, both, as he claims, as executor and as trustee.
On the same date Casper G. Decker and Jervis Langdon, the other two executors, filed separate verified statements in which they declare, in substance, that on the issuing of letters testamentary to the executors named in the will said Boyd McDowell caused an…
