The plaintiff appeals from a decree dismissing his bill for specific performance of a written contract to convey real estate located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The defendant is a corporation of the State of New Jersey, registered to do business in Pennsylvania. The terms of the contract are not in dispute.
