MAUS, Judge.

This proceeding was initiated by the complaint of the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) filed with the Administrative Hearing Commission (AHC). That complaint alleged licensed real estate broker-salesperson Ronnie R. McCormick (respondent) committed acts which subjected him *304to disciplinary action. Pursuant to a stipulation, the AHC found those acts resulted in cause for such disciplinary action under § 339.100.2(10), (15), (17) and (18).
