Appellant, Hubert Edwards, brought suit in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County for injuries allegedly sustained in an .automobile accident. He was a passenger in an automobile ■driven by Clyde V. Tibbs, which was involved in a chain-reaction collision with three other automobiles. The case was tried before a jury, Judge Proctor presiding, and motions for directed verdicts were granted in favor of the appellees Marvin R. Chis■olm and Leonard M.
