1Opinion of the CourtHoward W. Brill, Chief Justice

| Appellant Edward Anthony Liggins appeals an order of the Craighead County Circuit Court denying his petition for post-conviction relief. For reversal, Liggins argues that the circuit court erred in denying his ineffective-assistance claims (1) that appellate counsel failed to appeal improper victim-impact testimony and an illegal sentence and (2) that trial counsel failed to meet with him, provide copies of discovery, and communicate about his case. We affirm the circuit court’s order.
