P ER CURIAM.

Appellant was convicted in Sebastian County of possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to life imprisonment and ten years’ imprisonment, with the sentences to run concurrently. Appellant was also fined $10,000.00 for possession of drug paraphernalia. Appellant filed a motion for new trial and two amended motions.
