Petitioner, a convicted federal prisoner who is currently confined in the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners at Springfield, Missouri, has filed in forma pauperis a petition for writ of habeas corpus seeking the restoration of certain “Good Time” credits which were earned prior to the revocation of his parole originally granted under the authority of 18 U.S.C. § 4201 et seq., by the United States Board of Parole.
