Plaintiffs, the independent administrators of the deceased, brought wrongful death and survival claims to recover for the deaths of 10 family members who died as the result of carbon monoxide poisoning. Defendant York International Corporation (York) entered a $10 million settlement agreement with plaintiffs, releasing York as well as other defendants from further liability.
