11 This is a City of New Orleans code enforcement proceeding. The City commenced this proceeding against DMK Acquisitions & Properties, L.L.C. (“DMK”) as the owner of commercial property located at 1532 Robert E. Lee Boulevard in New Orleans (the “Property”). The City alleged that DMK was in violation of its municipal ordinances prohibiting public nuisance and blighted property.
