Resolution of this case requires this court to interpret the meaning of the word "facilitate” as it is used in section 505(a)(3) of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 56½, par. 1505(a)(3)).
The parties stipulated that Mark Brown was stopped in his truck on October 9, 1991, due to a warrant which had issued for Brown’s failure to appear on a traffic violation.
