Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered April 13, 1983, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of attempted arson in the third degree and burglary in the third degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to attempted arson in the third degree and burglary in the third degree in full satisfaction of an 18-count indictment. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of 2 to 4 years after having been determined to be a second felony offender.
