OPINION OF THE COURT

Main, J.

Defendant pleaded guilty to a reduced count of attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree in full satisfaction of his indictment. Predicated upon a prior Ohio conviction for carrying concealed weapons (Ohio Rev Code Ann, § 2923.12), defendant was sentenced as a second felony offender to an indeterminate term of incarceration of one and one-half to three years.
