Plaintiff Brian Scott Barrett commenced this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) of the Social Security Act ("SSA"), challenging the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the "Commissioner") denying plaintiff's application for Social Security Disability benefits.
