Before this Court is a Motion to Remand filed by Plaintiff, Fidelity Homestead Association (“Plaintiff’ or “Fidelity”) (Rec.Doc.4). Defendant, The Hanover Insurance Company (“Defendant” or “Hanover”) opposes the motion, alleging fraudulent joinder of the non-diverse defendants and jurisdiction under the 28 U.S.C. § 1369, the Multiparty, Multiforum Trial Jurisdiction Act (“MMTJA”).
